What is a Sprint Backlog?

Sprint Backlog is the core artifact in Scrum that defines the “How”. It is often referred to as a Task Board. It contains the tasks to be done in a sprint by the team for the stories planned in the sprint.

The picture below shows a manual sprint backlog with three columns. To Do In Progress And Done. These are the tasks.

The life of a sprint backlog is a Sprint. Duh?
